A traumatic or stressful experience can cause panic attacks. Feelings of panic and anxiety may occur soon after the event, or may appear years later when they are not expected.

Through hypnotherapy offending triggers can be removed to enable the client to take back control of their life. We seek out and identify the root cause of the anxiety, and then change an individual’s perception of a past event. Once the emotion involved in these past experiences has been released the client is freed from the anxiety or panic. The emotion was the driving force for the fear and once the client understands this, the anxiety no longer has a driving force!
